Dr. Caroline Stamu-O’Brien is the founder of Integrative Psychiatry of NY. Dr. Stamu-O'Brien completed the Psychiatric Residency Program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York in 2000. Subsequently, she completed a Fellowship in Schizophrenia Research and Psychopharmacology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.

She is a graduate of the ”Carol Davila” Medical School of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest and graduated in 1990. The institution was founded in 1857 and is an internationally renowned university.

Dr. Stamu-O’Brien completed an Intensive Course in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at the Berenson-Allen Center for Noninvasive Brain Stimulation affiliated with Harvard University, Boston in October 2012.

Dr Stamu-O’Brien has extensive experience in outpatient psychiatry and psychopharmacology.
